Terms of service

By using cmnty.xyz and the services under the domain, you agree to the following terms. The service is operated by CMNTY XYZ AB (corporate ID 559053-6354) from Regeringsgatan 65, 111 56 Stockholm, Sweden.

• Access to the space is subject to CMNTY house rules. Reach out if anything is unclear.
• Membership: the free tier is open to anyone who signs up with a real email and name. Paid membership costs 150 SEK/month, billed through Stripe, and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by email. A cancelled membership stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Day Pass: one-off purchase via Stripe. Refunds are given for unused passes; a pass counts as used once it has been redeemed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Co-work seats are allocated separately, by application via /cowork. Agreement, invoicing, and access are regulated individually between CMNTY and each co-work member.
• CMNTY may suspend an account in case of serious breach of house rules, misuse of the service, or non-payment. We warn first when reasonable.
• Content on this site is copyrighted. Do not reuse it without our permission.
• Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in the first instance by Stockholm district court, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
